Building Family Wealth ("the App") is a budgeting and planning tool. Nothing in the App — including the savings/investment growth calculator, the federal tax refund estimator, or any other feature — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The App is not a licensed financial advisor, CPA, enrolled agent, or attorney, and using it does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship between you and the App, its developer, or Bolaji B. Adeeko LLC / Thoth Apps ("we," "us," "the Company").
All projections, growth estimates, and tax calculations are based on simplified assumptions and general federal figures. They do not account for your full financial picture, state taxes, AMT, self-employment tax, phase-outs, or many other factors that could change your actual results. You should consult a licensed financial advisor, CPA, or attorney before making any financial decision based on information in this App.
We make reasonable efforts to keep calculations current, but tax law, interest rates, and market conditions change. We do not guarantee that any figure, projection, or estimate shown in the App is accurate, complete, or current, and we are not liable for any decision made or loss incurred based on that information.
The App may send push notifications reminding you that a bill is due. These notifications depend on third-party infrastructure (your device, browser, and push notification services) that we do not control. Notifications may be delayed, blocked, or fail to arrive for reasons outside our control. You are solely responsible for tracking and paying your own bills — the App's reminders are a convenience feature only, and we are not liable for any late fee, penalty, credit impact, or other consequence resulting from a notification that was delayed or not received.
You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you enter, including bill amounts, due dates, income, dependents, and withholding figures used in the tax estimator. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from incorrect data you enter.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Administrators of this App can lock or remove accounts at their discretion, including for suspected misuse.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost savings, missed payments, late fees, tax penalties, or investment losses — arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In any case where liability cannot be fully disclaimed under applicable law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid, if any, to use the App in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Each user is provided a referral link to invite others. Referral tracking is provided as a convenience feature and does not constitute any guarantee of reward, payment, or benefit unless separately and explicitly stated in writing by the Company.
We store the information you provide directly: your email, name, bills, savings goals, and the figures you enter into the tax estimator, in a private database associated with your account. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is stored using Microsoft Azure SQL Database and hosted via Railway. Administrators of this App can view account status and referral activity but do not have casual access to your individual bill or tax entries beyond what is necessary for support or account management.
We may suspend or remove any account at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its developers, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your use of the App, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from use of the App shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
